Goals and objectives of the event were developed after we carried out the feasibility study with the hospital management. This theories and concepts helped us to focus on the objectives and goals of the event and avoided us to end up everywhere. According to Christie, and  McAteer, (2006 ) for an event to stand out, it should be branded with a timely a compelling them. We created a short memorable branding slogan that designated our event; bring hope to patients.

The event planners came up with a master plan for set event which according to Bowdin et al, (2012) is an event-driven plan that documents the significant accomplishments necessary to complete the work and ties each accomplishment to a key program event. Identify  Participant's, venue and some aspects where encompassed.
