Wedding Ceremony
Modern weddings are celebrated in different styles and venues. Couples choose gorgeous venue and type of service for their wedding ceremonies. The writer reflect on the wedding ceremony which was held at Adonsonia Hotel in Francistown. The ceremony was attended by over 300 individual’s most of them were couple’s family members and friends. Food and beverages were served to attendees. The writer will focus on the services style of food and beverages at the event.

Buffet Service
Lillcrape and John, (2010) states that buffet service is one the often service style used by event planners. In this type of service variety of food items are displayed at a table and guests select food for themselves. Food items were displayed at the service point, guests selected their food items and then eat at a table seated. This service style was more efficient for the event as guests ate their meals well on time. A sit down Buffet service according to Free Hotel Management Training, (2014) is as good as any formal meal. This type of service aided a more successful in infusing a certain agility in the event atmosphere. Guests enjoyed their meals at the right and labour intensive from waiters was at its minimum.
